TORAH PROCESSION (4 men)
The Torah is removed from the Ark, carried throughout the
congregation, and then returned.
Stand as the Ark is open and the Torah is processed, always
facing the Torah.

BLESSING THE CHILDREN
Children come to the front, stand underneath a tallit held
by 4 men and are blessed.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Current events are shared. They can also be found on the
website.
READING OF TORAH & HAFTORAH
We read the same portions as other Synagogues all over the
world. These portions were assigned by Nehemiah and Ezra.
Torah
The first five books of Moses. Male readers assigned by the
leadership.
Haftorah
The Prophets. Female reader assigned by the leadership.
PRAISE & WORSHIP
The congregation enters into a time of worship with
Messianic music. The words are on the screen and anyone may enter into the
choreographed dance.
We do ask that all who participate are respectful to the
dance leadership. If you are not able to follow you can worship in the back or
from the area you are seated.
BRIT HA'DA SHAH (New Testament)
READINGS
Traditionally, women and children read, but everyone is
welcome. There are 1-3 readers per location.
D'RASH
Contact Rabbi Andy during the week to discuss sharing
something the Ruach Ha'Kodesh (Holy Spirit) has put on your heart while reading
that week’s portion. 5 minutes or less please.
THE MOURNERS KADISH
A special prayer for the loss of a loved one. You may come
to the front to speak out the name of a loved one you lost that week or if it
is the anniversary of a loss.
MI SHEBARACH (Prayer for the ill)
A prayer is read while we quietly call to mind those in
need of healing.
HAGAFEN
Blessing over and partaking of the grape juice.
HAMOTZEE
Blessing over and partaking of the bread.
AARONIC BENEDICTION
Congregation stand for closing blessing from the Rabbi.
ONEG
Fellowship and food. Some congregations do not have food.
